Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Ludoverse game (“Ludoverse”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By playing Ludoverse you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & sign-in. When you sign in with Google or as a Guest, our authentication provider (Google Firebase) creates a user ID; with Google sign-in we also receive your email address.
• Profile. Your display name, chosen avatar/emoji, and — only if you add one — a profile photo you upload.
• Gameplay data. Coins, game statistics, progression, achievements, daily-reward streaks, and (when available) in-app purchases.
• Multiplayer & social. In online matches your display name and avatar are shown to the other players. Friend codes, friend lists, and online presence are stored so friends can find and invite you.
• Voice chat. If you turn your microphone on in an online match, your audio is streamed directly between players in real time. We do not record or store voice audio.
• Device & usage. Basic device information, app version, crash reports, and usage analytics to keep the game working and improve it. Ads use a device advertising identifier.

How we use your information

• To run the game — matchmaking, private rooms, saving your progress and coins.
• To show your identity (name/avatar) to opponents during a match.
• To diagnose crashes and improve performance and features.
• To display ads that keep the game free.
• To prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud.

Advertising

Ludoverse shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can choose non-personalized ads. See Google’s advertising policies.

Third-party services we use

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications (Firebase privacy).
• Google AdMob — advertising.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and secure delivery of our game servers.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above to operate the game, with other players (your name and avatar during matches), and where required by law.

Deleting your account & data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app: open Profile → Delete account & data and confirm. This removes your account, coins, pieces, stats and friends from our servers and cannot be undone.
• By email: if you can’t access the app, email support@playludoverse.com from the address on your account and we will delete your data.

We keep your account and game data only while your account is active, and act on deletion requests as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Ludoverse is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
